ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING DURING COVID-19?

Our fulfilment centre is now open! Our top priority is our employees and our customers. Please be assured that we are putting extra measures in place, on top of our already very high hygiene standards, to ensure your safety and so that you are able to continue to shop with us with confidence.

Processing times may be delayed - our normal processing times are 1-2 working days. However, currently those times may vary due to issues relating to Covid-19. As usual on weekends and public holidays your order will be processed the following working day. 

We will aim to process your order as soon as possible and will notify you as soon as your order ships.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

The majority of our garments are true to size. However, we will always specify if something runs a little small or large and suggest sizing up or down. On each product page we list the height and size of the garment the model is wearing along with a sizing recommendation if needed.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order is an order placed for item/s before they are available for sale online. When you place a pre-order the stock is reserved for you and as soon as the product becomes available your order will be dispatched. 

It is recommended that if you wish to order both pre-order and in-stock items to place two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items. This ensures faster delivery of your in-stock items because shipment of your in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order items  are ready for shipping.

Please ensure to fill out the Returns Form at the bottom of the Returns & Exchanges page and place it in your parcel when sending your returned items to us to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Unfortunately, sale priced items are non-refundable. However, we will issue you a credit note for the sale amount of the returned item for use on our website.
