CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, Toria Tonia will happily accept returns or exchanges on any garment that is unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, deodorant and perfume and still fitted with all original labels and hygiene stickers attached.
Please note SALE priced items are non-refundable. However, we will issue you a credit note for the sale amount of the returned item for use on our website.
HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Returned items must be received within 14 days of receipt for UK orders and 30 days of receipt for international orders.
HOW TO RETURN:
Please handle all garments with care and do your best to try on and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in the pristine condition it was received in.
We do our best to minimise paper waste. Therefore, you will not receive a delivery note in your parcel. Please fill in the returns form below along with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible. When filling out the form please make sure to indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.
It is important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Toria Tonia when you return an item, so we recommend returning your items via a recorded, trackable delivery service as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. We will reimburse to you all payments received from you including the costs that you paid for our delivery of the goods to you (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We are unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt for UK orders and 30 days of receipt for international orders and anything sent after these time frames may be returned to you.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your return and we will aim to rectify this for you as soon as possible. For faulty items please include an image of the fault in your email.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
